Sugandha was introduced to me by my retiring VA of 14 years, who offered to find the "right" person for me. Now, I have an Executive Virtual Assistant who is a perfect match. Sughi (aka Sugandha) was introduced and added to the 2023 Portland Tango Festival core organizing team. We did not have a marketing person the prior year which left a void of communication to the tango community both locally, nationally, and abroad. We were in desperate need of a dedicated marketing person for our event. Suganda accepted the position wholeheartedly and enthusiastically!!! She jumped right in, reviewed our operational plan, and developed a marketing strategy to coincide with our planning schedule. She posted on social media weekly and sent newsletters to our subscribers keeping everyone updated on our developments, changes, and activities. She was able to craft difficult messages in a positive and uplifting way. Her creative genius and twist on words helped keep the vibe going and conveyed the message in a friendly and engaging way! Her weekend special using a play on the tango term OCHO resulted in pre-sales and early excitement for our upcoming event! Her outstanding work helped to make this year’s event a BIG success!!!

Undaunted by a very tight deadline of only a few weeks away and a 4-hour time difference, she single-handedly ensured that all aspects of our wedding--from organizing the flowers to officiating the ceremony and everything in between--were entirely successful. Her excellent planning and communication skills would help ensure the best outcome for *any* project--anyone would be lucky to have Sugandha on their team!

Sugandha has worked in these projects as a virtual assistant, collaborator, host, and administrator. She has been flexible and adaptive to the needs of each project.
